It concerns particularly messages confirming the order or registration process in our store. Please check the content of the SPAM folder if you do not receive the above mentioned messages within 30 minutes.

Do I have to create an account to make a purchase?

No, a customer is not obliged to create an account. The account is voluntary and is not required to place an order. However, by creating an account in our store you gain access to many additional services, for example:

-the ability to check history of placed orders,

-the possibility of receiving an additional discount resulting from previously orders,

-automatically sent information about new products, promotions,etc.


Can I change or complete the address data which I added in the registration process?

You can easily make changes in your address data. All you have to do is to click on "Edit data" after you sign in to your account.
