Purchases at the online shop might be made by both clients who have registered accounts and clients without the accounts. Ordering process at the online shop sklepvetmed.pl is easy to use. Moreover, it takes a little time. You only need to take few steps:

1. Select the product of your choice from each categories. If there is more than one colour available, click one of them and, afterwards, click „Add to the shopping cart”.
2. You will be able to either end your shopping by moving to place the order or come back to the product list and continue shopping just by clicking „Continue shopping”.
3. If you finish adding necessary products and their relevant quantity select form of payment and delivery details. Then you will be able to complete your purchase. Total cost of the order will be increased by costs of a delivery. If you wish to pay at the delivery, the cost is higher due to additional courier service fee. When you already know the total cost of the order click „Order”.
4. Click „Log in” on the Personal Data-Page, if you have an account at the online shop or click „Place your order”, if you do not have an account– just as a guest.
5. Then you are obliged to fulfil your personal and address details – you will not be allowed to complete the order without it. There you might also add a comment about the order. If you are certain that you filled required fields confirm your Regulations’ acquaintance and click „Order summary”.
6. On the „Order summary” page verify correctness of the order, the chosen product, form of payment, the delivery details and your personal and address details. If there is no problem and everything is correct, click „Confirm the order”.
7. On the „Confirmation” you find your track number, the cost you need to pay, your payment information. After completing previous step you receive automatic e-mail to ask for order confirmation. Confirm the order by clicking on the provided URL link which was sent in an e-mail. That is all – your order will be confirmed by those steps and transfer to processing.
